BENEFITS OVERVIEW

Newbrook provides a strong benefits package to our employees. Our benefits include a 401(k) Plan with a 3% guaranteed contribution with immediate vesting, profit sharing contribution, contribution to health insurance premiums for employee and family (Aetna is our provider), annual bonuses, training & education, as well as many other benefits.

BASIC TERM LIFE INSURANCE & PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE

  • 50,000 (Health Care Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Long-Term Disability)
  • Begin after you have been disabled for six continuous months
  • Up to 60% of base monthly earnings. Base monthly earnings include base annual earnings paid through ADP, excluding bonuses and overtime, but including any commissions, divided by 12 months up to a maximum of $10,000 per month for salaried employees (Short-Term Disability)
  • 60% of base weekly earnings. base weekly earnings include base annual earnings paid through ADP, excluding bonuses and overtime, but including any commissions, divided by 52 weeks (up to the maximum of $2,500 per week)
  • Coverage begins after the 15th of disability
  • Benefits continue until you are no longer disabled or for a maximum of six continuous months, whichever comes first (ADP Personal Discounts Program, Employee Assistance Program (EAP))
